Buttons on remote were not responding, probably due to lots of use lately..

I had won the box earlier this year, so wasn't expecting anything back when I emailed them, chancing on their warranty cover..

but I have had a quick reply, saying they are sending another remote, free of charge!

breathe in, breathe out- You're alive! Everything else is a bonus, right? RIGHT??
