The 'word on the street' was obviously wrong. 21st October has been and gone. Looking at the Supreme Court website for forthcoming judgements the result is unlikely this this month.REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0

"Supreme Court judgments are usually handed down one week after the Supreme Court gives one week's notice that it will be handed down. Beyond that is guess work and speculation."

PPC's will be all over this form spewing about their great triumph, or maybe not, but in reality absolutely nothing will change especially when you consider POPLA is now in the hands of Ombudsman. I was thinking... the supreme court justices allow Beavis and it feels like excessive credit card late charges all over again. We, parliament or the courts, really should not support business models where point of delivery is free (or close to) but at a loss to the business provider and the whole business model is then predicated on fines, penalties, charges (pick your evil word of choice).0
