CPU Fan - Running Fast....

            Hi guys
 I'll take a couple of pix later tonight and post the urls to them including the options in my BIOS which to me look greyed out (this is where I got the readings I've posted).
 I guess temp wise the PC is fine at the moment but it's just the fan noise that's annoying me.
