Pleaseee help.........I'm goin insane!

I am down on my knees with my hands clasped together begging for someone to help me.

I want to book this hotel:

http://www.hotelclub.net/hotel.reservations/Monte_Do_Gozo_Hotel_Santiago_De_Compostela.htm

I want a room for 2 adults and 2 children for 8th September to 13th September. But I can seem to get a room that will fit us all in. I know they do a tripple room I have seen it somewhere. I dont even care if we have to have a twin and all share beds (kids only little anyway, age 8 and 4)

Please please please can someone help me, I', desperate.

Thanks in advance.

Stacey

It looks like Hotel Club only offer that one style of room.

You could e-mail the hotel direct and ask if they have rooms that will accommodate all four of you. If they have you could ask if it's possible to book through Hotel Club and then you let the hotel know that you require the extra bed (or whatever they offer you). They might not allow it or may charge you extra but you wont know if you don't ask.

Have you looked at any other sites through whom you can book the hotel and seen what rooms they have to offer. It could be they don't have anything bigger than a triple.

My son always has a problem because they have 3 children and it's difficult to find hotels that will accommodate 5. I've discussed this with a couple of holiday reps and they've said the hotel would not be covered by their insurance if they put more people in the room that it is meant for (maybe even breaking the law  ). I've also discussed it with the staff at a hotel we go to regularly in Cyprus and their solution was to book a two bedroomed apartment, direct with the hotel though because these were not available through any British travel agent.
  • yes I have tried putting the hotel into google and tried booking it with everyone i can find lists it. thats interesting about the insurance thingy hmm. I have also tried emailing the hotel direct and as yet still awaiting a reply. I am really reluctant to have to book 2 separate rooms, one because of the costs and two because we dont want to be separated!

Would appreciate it if anyone else can help with my dilema!
  • thanks for your help by the way added rep!

I have had a good look around as well and it doesnt look they do quad/family rooms at all unless of course they are all fully booked for the dates you want.
