Most people who come here could not differentiate between a tort and a tart.

I'm Austrian and the son of a Barrister (so I grew up discussing slugs in ginger beer bottles round the dinner table). This means I am able to distinguish between a tort, a tart AND a torte.

If you cannot progress online without ticking one of those boxes then it looks like you will need to use the post.

Complain to the BPA and the DVLA that you are being railroaded into providing leading or incorrect information in the appeal, and are therefore prevented from appealing. Then appeal in writing/email.

"But I thought Parking Ticketing Ltd is a member of BPA, not IPC. Or is this completely wrong?"

    :(

we ask people to post new threads to prevent information becoming cross wired ...........

perhaps I need to take my own advice and don't try to reply to two posts at once :o

Out of curiosity, does complain actually work? What does it actually do?

I will draft (copy from somewhere) a complain letter later when I have time and let you guys have a check then :)

Anyway thank you guys, sent the letters today and will keep this post update.

"does complain actually work? What does it actually do?"

    short answer = no

long answer = if enough people can be bothered then .... in the end yes it will

I hope you pick the one we would like ;)

    Keep at it

    and good luck
