I am using Pixlr Express with Win 8 why when I rotate a photo it wont save and reverts to unrotated?

If Pixlr Express won't rotate a photo, why not use the inbuilt Windows Photo Viewer?

Try a real image program not something that runs in the browser.

IrfanView would be a good start.
