Does anyone else have one of these?
I bought one because my FIV 13 yr old cat is not supposed to go out. He managed to get it open though by pressing the latch with one paw and clawing the door open with the other paw.
So I contacted them and they sent me a new one with a "fix" to stop him getting access to the latch.
He is still managing to get outside though. I believe he is tailgating one of the other cats out. SureFlap are sending me another one with a different fix on it but I just wondered if anyone else had had a similar issue?
