15. The Winner will receive the following prize package (Prize):

• 2 return scheduled economy flights (non-direct) from London to New York in the United States of America departing on 8 October 2015 and returning on 11 October 2015.
• 3 nights hotel accommodation within close proximity to Madison Square Gardens in New York - (breakfast not included)
• Car transfers to and from airport and hotel in NYC
• 2 tickets to The Walking Dead, Season 6 Premiere on 9 October 2015 at Madison Square Garden in New York.
• Call of Duty Black Ops III PS4 game
• Prize Winner Management Service including 24 hour emergency assistance

For the avoidance of doubt it’s the Winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have the required travel documentation i.e. passport and visa (where applicable) to enable the Winner and those accompanying him/her are able to take up the Prize as stated above.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute all or any part of the Prize for one of an equivalent or greater value if necessary for reasons beyond its control, and any change will be final and binding upon every person who enters the Prize Promotion.
17. The Prize for this Prize Promotion will be given to the Winner as set out in these terms and conditions. The Winner must accept the Prize in that form. Under no circumstances will cash be given as an alternative. The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value.
18. If any selected Winner is unreachable, ineligible, disqualified or fails to claim the Prize within seven (7) days of notification, that Winner automatically forfeits the Prize and a new Winner and/or Runners Up will be randomly drawn.
19. Each Winner will be liable for any taxes or surcharges that may be levied on the Prize and for any expenses not specified in the description of the Prize.
20. The Promoter will not be held liable for the Prize if it does not reach any Winner for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
21. Each Winner uses the Prize at their own risk. Should any Winner have any consumer queries or concerns regarding their Prize they should contact the manufacturer or warranty provider as appropriate.
22. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for any failure, liability or breach by any third party in connection with this Prize Promotion or Prize and accepts no responsibility for any loss, property damage or personal injury suffered by the Winner relating to this Prize Promotion or the Prize, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by Promoter’s negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation and, so far as permitted by law, the Promoter its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising for reasons beyond its control including any act or default of any third party supplier.
