I ordered a laundry product on offer for £8 from ASDA and checked on Thursday that the price was correct before my delivery on Friday. When delivered on Friday the price had returned to £13! Fortunately I then discovered that Tesco was only charging £6.50 so I will recover my loss thanks to an ASDA Price Guarantee voucher.
So in this case the price did NOT change on a Thursday.
The lack of offer end dates really is a deterrent to shopping with ASDA especially when the differences can amount to £'s not p's. In future I think I will have to check that for large savings another supermarket has an offer that will cover the delivery date.0
