Vanquis Repayment Option Plan

Have had an amount added on by Vanquis called a Repayment Option Plan. Never been used and when we actually sat down with our statements rang up and queried it. Since been cancelled and after speaking to a manager had a letter stating that it was part of the script and that it would have been discussed - which it may well have been however its not something I would have agreed on in the first place.

Its not PPI as such so wondering how best to approach this? Do I go for the full SAR request and total it as per a PPI claim but word it differently and proceed as I would?

There was a period of time where illness did prevent work so if it was something I had of agreed too would have taken advantage of it but I didn't because as far as I was concerned didn't have anything like that on any of my cards.

Any help or advice would be most welcome.
