1. No purchase necessary.
2. The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents except employees of Home Retail Group.
3. Only the first entry per person per day will be entered into the draw. Multiple entries per day by the same person/user will not be eligible.
4. There is 1 prize per day (5 in total) of a Pebble Time Smart Watch in Black.
5. To enter the prize draw you are required to answer the question ‘What do you wish you could complete in 60 seconds?’.
6. Winners will be required to follow at @Argos_Online on Twitter and DM their full name, address and telephone number in order to receive their prize.
7. The information you provide here will be safeguarded under the Data Protection Act and controlled by Home Retail Group.
8. The prize draw is running from Monday 21st September 2015 until 16.00 Friday 25th September 2015. The cut off for each day’s entries is 16.00, with the winner being announced on Twitter later that evening. Entries received after 16.00 on each day (except Friday) will be entered into the next day’s prize. Entries received after 16.00 on Friday 25th September will not be eligible for the prize draw.
9. 1 winning entry will be selected by Argos on each day of the competition. The judges selection is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. Please allow up to 28 days from the delivery address being supplied, for your prize to be dispatched.
11. No cash alternatives will be substituted for the prize. The promoter reserves the right to offer alternative items/activities of a greater or equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it.
12. Use of a false name or address will disqualify any applicant from receiving the prize.
13. The winners consent to publication of their names on the Argos Twitter Page and may be required to participate in post-event publicity arranged by or on behalf of the promoter.
14. Promoted by Argos Distributors Limited,489-499 Avebury Boulevard, Saxon Gate West. Milton Keynes, MK9 2NW.
15. Details of the winners can be requested by sending an SAE to the address above before October 22nd 2015.
16. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days, we reserve the right to redraw.
