House Buying/Selling - Budget Spreadsheet

Hi
Having recently cleared ALL debts :T we have this week put our house on the market. I am very keen to watch every penny. I was wondering if anyone has a spreadsheet that shows everything you spend on selling and buying a house.
So for example, something that shows,
Estate Agent Fees
EPC certs
Solicitors Fees
Mortgage fees
etc etc etc
I would like to keep a running total of what goes out.
Does anyone have anything like this they would be willing to share please?
Eternally grateful.

I'm not sure what you're after? A list of other people's costs, which will be of no relevance to you. Or a spreadsheet to detail your costs, which surely you can do yourself?0
