Credit card claiming

Probably being a bit dim. But Ive recently claimed a refund of charges from my bank which is still ongoing but I believe I can claim similar from my credit card co.
Ive looked everywhere but cant find the details of what to do and what I can claim.
Can anybody tell me where to look?

Its the same process just that you claim late payment and overlimit fees. I have successfully claimed charges from Capital One, plus interest at 8% as well as the remval of a default notice from my credit file. I am working Barclayard currently.
