Egg card ppi reclaim - advice please!!

Hi there, so many savvy people on here so hoping for some advice. Had an egg card about 15 years and know i paid ppi on it, but got no account number/card number or anything, and to top it off my name was spelt wrong on the card (psvppard, how would anything think that's a name!) and i never corrected it. Only phone numbers i can find to try establish my account number to start down the route of a claim keep taking me in loops with no real person ever answering! Can anyone either advise me what i could do next, or recommend a ppi reclaim company that could help me out?
