PPI Query!

Hi, this is my first post so apologies if its not right!
last year August I took the plunge and sent a letter to Barclays using the template letter. while I was awaiting a response I received a letter from Capitol one, it informed about redress and that my complaint was upheld! I did not contact Capitol one. A few weeks later a payment of three thousand was received,Happy Days! I then received a payment of £3000.00 from Barclaycard, £4,500 from Monument. Last week I received a letter from Capitol One which informed "calculating redress for credit ppi is complex, our intention has always been to put our customers back in the position they would have been in had ppi never been added to their account. in view of new information on the issue of ppi redress and how we pay redress for fees and charges.the recalculation means an additional payment of £129.12 to be issued" do you think they are holding out, not sure what to do can anyone advise?

It means you are getting an extra £129.12 due to the recalculation.0

It sounds like the opposite of holding out.0
