Halifax Share Dealing v Halifax ISA Investor

I am in the process of transferring my Halifax ISA Investor to Charles Stanley. I have an ISA Investor with Halifax. What is the difference between a Halifax Share Dealing account and an ISA Investor?
Apparently the ISA Investor only allows you to invest in the following funds: http://www.halifax.co.uk/investments/existing-customers/investments-purchased-in-branch/documentation/
I called Halifax ISA Investor and they suggested calling Halifax Sharedealing to ask them. I then called Halifax ShareDealing and they suggested calling the ISA Investor team.
No-one seems to know the difference.

I hadn't heard of the ISA Investor, but I have a Halifax Share Dealing account, within which I have a Share Dealing Account and a Stocks & Shares ISA. I can buy any shares or funds I want within either of them.0

It was the old in-branch product offering own brand funds. When they got rid of the in-branch staff, it effectively became a dead distribution channel. Many of the banks are moving to offer direct to client offerings. However, people should not expect them to be at the same price necessarily as what you can get direct or through other distribution methods.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
