Esa and tax credits

Hi newbie here
I currently get child tax credits of 117 per week and no working tax credits
My husband just got pip and was thinking of claiming contribution based esa as we can't get income based as I earn 17500
My question is will the contribution based esa affect the tax credits...
I have also told tax credits that my hubby gets pip and think that may increase it ?..
Thanks in advance

Yer he got the enhanced living and standard mobility for pip
