PRAISE - Indi Grand Goan Curry sauce

Indi Grand Goan Curry sauce and spice:
You can buy this in Home Bargains, it is in a 360g glass jar. Don't know how much it costs but not very much.
There are dry spices in the lid for frying before adding the sauce to simmer for 10 minutes.
This sauce tastes divine, very lemony, and the really great part is that there are no artificials or preservatives or anything nasty in the ingredients. The first thing on the ingredients is coconut cream (25%), most other sauces have water as their first ingredient and use single cream. The worst thing in the ingredients is sugar, but, at least it is not "inverted sugar syrup".
Other sauces are typically 125 - 150kcal per 100g and this one is 96 kcal / 100g.

Needs to be white wine vinegar, thats probably why. The chip shop stuff is waaay too harsh.0
