WTC initial claim. Turnaround time?

Hi,
My friend sent in a claim form for WTC around a week ago. She is wondering if anyone can shed any light on how long it takes from posting the form to receiving any entitlement into her account.
We both appreciate that this could well be a 'piece of string' type of question and answer.
Thanks, as ever...

If the form's completed 100% correctly, I believe HMRC quote a timescale of 2-3 weeks from the date they receive it."Facism arrives as your friend. It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you... [it] doesn't walk in saying, "our programme means militias, mass imprisonments, transportations, war and persecution."0
