Rapid system cleaner - how do I remove it

Hi
I did a clean up of my machine to try and speed things up....now Rapid System Cleaner shows every time I start up and is slowing it down as I have to delete it every time I try and get on the internet
How do I get rid of it, I have deleted it using 'add and remove' but its still there
