If your credit card account becomes dormant
Where you have not used your account or credit card for more than twelve months we may impose a reasonsble charge. We will give you 30 days written notice before we would impose this charge.

In exactly the same position, although I think the bits are in the house somewhere. The rules are changing from oct 1st so it might be worth an arguement that you should have 12 months from then.if you dont want to waste time on the phone with them, then I noted there was no mention of a minimum spend so it might be just a case of looking for something costing a pound or so.If you have binned the cut up card, you will need another sent out though, use it then cut it up again. Can Anybody help

Watch out also for another change in t+c,s which means they wont close the account even if it,s been at zero for a year now, another way of trying to charge customers!I have a deep burning indifference0
