Aqua reward card online servicing not working

Would really appreciate it if somebody could try the Aqua online services registration links and let me know if you have any luck - have been trying for the last 3+ days and keeps giving me a page not responding error.


Guessing it's a problem their end but maybe could be mine because I'm trying to access from abroad? Recently got an Aqua Reward card to use on transactions for a holiday to France, but didn't get round to registering for online services before leaving. Now I'd like to set up direct debits etc without a long-winded overseas Skype call.


Have tried a UK proxy but still didn't work, and there's no customer services email. May just have to add up all my receipts and send a generous payment to ensure everything is covered, but am a little annoyed with them!

Just got on the the website https://www.aquacard.co.uk and clicked on register next to the logon button and seemed to be ok.

Ah it's ok, my parents spend a lot of time abroad and use a paid proxy (called privateinternetaccess) for which there is a London and Southampton proxy - I had tried the London one and didn't work, but thought I'd give the Southampton proxy a go just in case and it worked!


So definitely an issue with restrictions on foreign IPs.
