9. Volks HotelTerms and Conditions:


a. Prize must betaken by April 2016.
b. Prize is for 4people traveling together and booking 4 adjacent nights.


10. To enter the Promotion, youmust go to the Triodos Bank UK Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/triodosbankuk),visit the prize draw tab (TBC), take thethree question opinion based quiz, fill in your details and click submit.

11. There are no right or wronganswers, valid entry is not dependant on user answers.

12. There are a total of 2possible entries per user. Users will gain one entry for completing the entryrequirements as outlined in point 11. Users may also gain 1 additional entry byopting to receive further email communication from Triodos Bank on the entryform.

13. If entry is successfulusers are eligible to win the main holiday prize. Users are also eligible towin the weekly prize corresponding with the date of their entry and allfollowing weekly prizes (dates outlined in point 5). Users are not eligible towin weekly prizes that were available before the date of their entry.

14. Proof of entry, is notproof of receipt.

15. The Promoter, Administrator and the Prize Partners accept noresponsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to thePromotion.

16. Iffor any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whetherby means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering,unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond thecontrol of the Promoter and Administrator that corrupts or affects theadministration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion, then the Promoter mayat its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/orinvalidate affected entries.

19. Promotion winner of themain holiday prize will be chosen at random by the Administrator, unlessspecified otherwise, from all qualifying entries within 10 business days of thePromotion Period ending.

20. Promotion winners of theweekly prizes will be chosen at random by the Administrator, unless specifiedotherwise, from all qualifying entries within 2 business days of the WeeklyPromotion Period ending.

21. Promotion winners will becontacted within 5 business days of random draw taking place.

22. The Promoter andAdministrator will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using thecontact details supplied upon entry to the Promotion. If a winner does notrespond within 14 days of the first notification, the winner forfeits the rightto claim the Prize. Neither the Promoter nor Administrator shall be responsibleshould the winner provide incorrect contact or delivery details.

23. Should a winner forfeit orrefuse their prize the Administrator will draw another winner at random fromall qualifying entries. This process will continue until the prize is claimed.

24. Thewinners will be asked to receive their prize(s) in accordance with these termsand conditions and any other instructions provided by the Administrator and thePromoter.
