You've got it covered with just Zoopla or Rightmove to be honest. The only other thing you can do is register with local agents and sometimes get to see properties before they hit the main websites, which can be helpful in a fast market. You'll probably get spammed by them though.

I like Primelocation as it allows you to enter a keyword to search by, as well as the standard location, price, rooms eg 'swiming pool' (or whatever!)
  • https://www.onthemarket.com is the other one.
  • Alot of the sites mentioned won't help you in Glasgow, it's a very different 'area' and the likes of Rightmove/Zoopla are not necessarily the key sites. Go for the local newspapers and the likes of GSP. There isn't much stock around at the moment, so if there is something you like, don't be nervous of putting a note through the door, ask if they are interested in selling and have a mobile which is pay as you go so you don't give away your own number.

I doubt there'll be anything which isn't on either Rightmove or GSPC.

Onthemarket seems to have some exclusive properties

  • There's this, if you are looking for something crazy...

  • On the market are only exclusive because refuse to let sellers advertise on Rightmove, Zoopla etc.. I think that's really naughty as from what the media says, on the move is a really small portal and that means the seller is loosing so many potential buyers views.
