Paypal stopping me from adding money via direct debit meaning I won't get my interest

Sorry to post this here but i was unsure where it put it. Like many of you every month I log into PayPal and add funds to my PayPal account via direct debit taken from 4 different bank accounts so that I meet the criteria of 2 direct debits leaving my bank account monthly in order to earn interest.
This month I have gone to do this, and 2 of the bank accounts have successfully added funds, but when I attempt with the other 2 it states 'Sorry, we're unable to process your request. You can still move money from your bank account to your PayPal account' but obviously that isn't via direct debit.
I have contacted PayPal who advised it is being blocked by security but they are unsure why and it is automated so they cannot remove the block.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas as to how to overcome this? With the end of the month approaching, it is too late for me to set up any other direct debits on my bank accounts and i'm conscious that I'm going to lose out on interest.
Thanks

I do the same with four accounts, are all the accounts part of the drop down?
could you try adding the bank account again to paypal as the DD is still on the bank account, so it shouldn't need to add the DD again.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards.
