Just a quick heads up to the CEC staff.
When you send out an email saying "Thank you for switching" it may be helpful to state the fuel(s) that are being switched.
I recently switched to the E.on collective deal for electric only but afterwards I wasn't 100% certain that I had actually changed the comparison results to electricity only before hand.
Of course, I couldn't check the CEC website as it was unreachable on the last evening of the switch. So I had to wait until the next day to log onto CEC and see that only an electricity switch was in progress.
A worry over nothing in the end but the email should be clearer.
( I know I could have cancelled the gas part if I had inadvertently switched but that would involved me working :rotfl: )

Hi gsmlnx
Just on the back of this, customers transferring both fuels will receive two separate emails from us. One for the electricity and another for the gas. These will give details of the new product including prices, end date, cooling off period etc.
I know you've only the electric switching gsmlnx but thought it might be useful for others.
