    Wow an overpayment created with no right of appeal or reconsideration - is this a first? Have they ripped up the DWP rule book? They have breached the rules for natural justice and breached your rights under the The Human Rights Act 1998.

    You should appeal asking for a reconsideration and revision of their revised decision.
    These are my own views and you should seek advice from your local Benefits Department or CAB.
