Samson Car Battery - UK Resident

I have a Samson battery in my car.
This battery has a lifetime warranty, provided that I do not sell the car.
The battery might be causing a problem and, therefore,, will need to be changed.
I am thinking of employing a mobile mechanic to investigate some problems.
If he decides that I need a new battery, who should he call. I cant find a number or email. I believe that Samson is part of Unipart.
Advice please.
PS. UK resident.

What does your warranty paperwork say0
-
As far as I renumber, all I needed to do was phone Unipart in Oxford and quote the battery serial number and my name and address. I assume that this call would be made at the vendor's (battery supplier) premises.
Unfortunately, I cannot fond the telephone number. I believe that there is also an email address for enquiries. If I could locate either, I could ask for instructions, and relay these to the mechanic.

I don't know how I missed it.

One forum that would probably result in this post being deleted, they suggest that this battery warranty nearly bankrupted Unipart.
I guess they were counting on nobody keeping their car long enough to actually ever need it.
My nature it's IMPOSSIBLE to make a lead/acid battery that will last forever.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

I think you will find that you will have to buy another new battery as your warranty has expired when Unipart did.

No help I'm afraid, but I bought a new battery from Halfords a couple of years ago. kept the receipt all safe in the back of the handbook.
Came to look at it today (selling the car, I wanted to see how old the battery is) and all the printing has mysteriously vanished.
It just says Halfords Halfords Halfords all over in brown.
Clever eh?I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

You kept it in the car...? A lot of till receipts are thermally printed.0

No, in the house, I know thermal receipts go black all over if they get hot, or alcohol gets on them. This has faded away completely, I don't remember if it used to have Halfords printed all over in pale brown, but it does now.
The back still has the We Fit..... and company information.
Just thought it was a smart move on their part, they won't replace without a receipt when it fails, as I would have paid cash so have no proof when I purchased it.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
