hi
i would like to claim back back my credit card charges. i am in the process of claiming the bank charges. do i use the same letters as i would as if it is a bank account or are the letters different

I think the template would be slightly different,I have had a look but cannot find it if you do post a link here please to speed up the search.Previously known as Bokken,registered at MSE in Nov 04,computer glich deleted my access but it is fun building up my stars from scratch,again.:D0

Just claim late payment and overlimit fees process still the same but not affected by OFT test case so claims should not be stayed. If they are then you will need to apply to have this removed.0
