Just brown the mince and use kitchen paper to mop up the excess fat.
However, not an option if you want to make something like meatballs. In that case, I would probably substitute with 5% fat beef mince instead which is widely available and often cheaper.0 -
A quick online search indicates that Waitrose has lamb mince with 10% fat. Maybe you could try a mix of half lamb mince and half lean beef mince to lower the overall fat content?:heart2: Do Something Amazing - Give Blood :heart2:
