DO NOT USE BOB MARTINS WORMERS! Go the the vet - you should actually register you puppy with the vet, and get an approved wormer for the puppy. You can then organise purchase of this wormer over t'internet in the future.0

She is registered at the vets and has had both her inoculations and was taken a few days ago as there was some blood in her motions but the vet did not seem worried about it.she is very lively in her self but her motions are quite loose the vet gave them some medication for it.0

If you got the puppy from a breeder, s/he should have advised you which wormer has been used on the puppy up to now and you should continue using that until puppy is 6months, or so. If you didn't get this from the breeder, then ask the vet's advice - do not buy wormer over the counter from supermarket/pet shop.0

If she has loose stools the chances are she does have worms and needs treating. The vet should have offered worming treatment, not given her medication to stop the loose stools! They should be routinely wormed up to 6 months old anyway, and ideally by a vet.
My puppy had loose stools when we first got him 6 weeks ago. I took him to the vets for his first jabs, microchip and worm/flea treatment. He was given Advocate drops which go on the back of his neck, and the next morning a roundworm was coming out of his bottom. He was dragging his bottom on the floor to try to expel it so I had to gently pull the rest of it out! Quite gross, but the pupster was happy as Larry after that and his stools firmed up straight away.
Get the pup back to the vet! Worm drops are not expensive.0 -

Having loose stools with blood in it could also be Giardia which is very common in young pups so the medication may be for that. Usually if the vet suspects Giardia they will ask for samples, our pup had it not long after we picked her up. If the loose poos smell vulgar(worse than normal poo, kind of like c diff) then that can be a giveaway.
I was given Panacur as treatment which worked a treat,it canal so be kept and used for routine working however our pup gets wormed regularly at the vet through healthy pet club0 -

The loose stools could be food related. What is puppy being fed on?0
