Hi,
I have a CCJ against me, but it was just for an eviction. I do not owe anyone any money. If someone wanted to do a check on me, when will that CCJ be updated on all the systems?
The CCj was was issued on 11th Sept 2015.
Thanks for any advice.

CCJ for an eviction? Are you sure?
Did they not claim for rent owed or costs to evict you?
Did you defend it?
It will be on your file for 6 years unless you can get it removed.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

They have claimed £280 for the court costs, but I have paid all rent up to date.
I did'nt defend it because I am a private tenant and the landlord simply wants possesion of the property so he can sell it.0 -

They are claiming £280 in court costs. Would that be a money judgement? I intend to pay it as soon as I get the documents0 -
Hi jaffy
A money judgment will not be recorded on your credit file if it is paid in full within one month of judgment being entered.

Hi Dennis,
Thank for your advice.0 -
He didnt just want posession though, he also wanted money to cover the costs.
I maybe wrong but to me thats just the same as you owing money for the rent and getting a CCJ for that instead. Dont forget that future landlors may want to credit check you and see a recent CCJ and think that maybe its because you failed to pay the rent previously?
You may want to clear that.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
