Its About Time The Truth About Vertex Was Out In The Open.
I Have Been Asking For Answers For 12 Months And Get Nothing.
The Company I Work For Went Into Recievership Last Week And The C.s.a. Hound Me For Info On Payments..
Asked For Arrears Breakdown In Oct 2006...still Nothing.
1 Case Ended Nov 2006..payments Still Stay The Same. No Adjustment..so I Think They Are Just Pushing Me Aside. Not

i want answers but everytime i ask get nill.
asked for face to face interview nov 2006..but nothing.
only chance of getting anywhere is going to them direct.
already been asked off them when am i coming( so they can get extra security) told them "soon"
was told it would take another 12 to 20 weeks to go through my case.
they have been doing that since october 2006???????????
they have been told by my solicitor that they have broken the data protection act.( 40 days max to get info sent out )
a protest will give vertex BAD publicity (plus i might get arrested) but no worries on that front..told them if it happens i will take it all the way to court..then get them for THEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
BEING CHARGED FOR ARREARS THAT I DONT HAVE OR OWE(GOT PAPERWORK TO PROVE THIS )
FAXED PAPERWORK ECT THAT THEY REQUESTED EACH TIME BUT STILL NOTHING..
TIME FOR ACTION:)
