An interoperatibility problem between the software in EE and Experian computers is the most probable explanation.
Probably Experian expects lenders to report the address in some specific format. EE doesn't use that format, but Experian accepts the data anyway. Experian computers try to interpret the address submitted by EE... and they fail.0
