Maybe ask if the EA has any properties which are actually for sale by the people living in them, as opposed to a LL model. I would personally drop any property until it was vacated and wouldnt waste any time on searches etc
Thank you - she is in regular contact with the estate agents in the area and vacant possession would be her preference, however this is a particularly nice house in the right location. As I say, just considering all options.0 -
Thank you for all your replies. They are reinforcing what I had thought, wait it out and negotiate for vacant possession.
Just found out that property 2 without the tenancy agreement is because vendor is currently living there and wants to stay on as tenant. So this is definitely a no!0 -
Does you sister want to be landlord? Does she know what the landlord does? Does she know the tenants rights?0
