I will be changing to SKY from EE in the next few weeks,(using the offer via MSE), and was wondering if I will still be allowed to use 1899 etc without having to use the 0808 number, I can at the moment with EE.

No you cant use 1899/18185/18866 indirectly .
Indirect access has been blocked for a good 5 years.
