I have a very honest series of emails explaining that the problems with My Ovo and Smart Gateway are at their end.
"You're right, we are currently experiencing issues with the Gateway and My OVO for a number of customers. Our development team are aware and are currently working on a fix. Please can you keep you Gateway plugged in and connected to the internet so that once the fix is rolled out your live usage will populate online."
and
"I can confirm that the problem is an issue on our end. The developers of the Smart Gateway are investigating the situation as a matter of priority and hopefully a fix will be implemented soon."I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0
