I've received a quote of £875 + VAT (= £1,050) to resurface a 35m2 - I'm removing the existing tarmac from the concrete base.
I live in Surrey - is this price reasonable because seems high to me?

Bituminous macadam (“Tarmac” is a brand but has become know in the vernacular like “Biro” “Sellotape” etc) General rule Surfacing contractors normally charge by the weight / depth and area of material laid as you need all to accurately say ?
