Coving on uneven ceiling

I would like to put coving in one of my bedrooms. The ceiling edges are mostly straight. However, in one corner I can only describe the corner as 'drooping'. The corner is lower than the rest, so any coving going into it would either be sloping, or would have to be shaved off at the top on an angle. The house is not damaged or falling apart, but it is very old (over 100 years) so not everything is even or standardised through the house.
Intending to get a decorator to do the coving for me. My question is are uneven ceilings/corners something coving decorators or coving specialists will often come up against, or is this likely to present a real problem?
Many thanks.

A good decorator will get round the issue with a bit of alteration on the new coving.0

you can get polyurethane (not polystyrene) coving, which is bendy.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
