Hi,my name is Dillon,I'm a 2 year old westie, with an addiction to rollling in fox poo !
personally its not a problem for me,but the humans don't seem to like it much, they keep whispering things behind my back like, dog borstal ,and, I wonder if theres home for delinquent westies ?
Because I know that they love me really(well most of the time)does anybody have any tips on how to cure me of this addiction,as i'm getting a bit fed up of having to have a bath after every walk.
lots of waggs
A very smelly Dillon x

Hi Dillon, I'm so sorry your humans dont approve of your favourite pass time, they arent very considerate are they? You could try explaining to them that you cant help yourself, and if they insist on bathing you in smelly stuff (they call it shampoo  ) this habit will continue. What they dont understand is, us dogs like to smell nice, and there is no nicer smell than fox poop
you ask our humans, they know all about it, for some strange reason, they rub me over with tomato ketchup of all things, as some idiot told them that this helps to get rid of the smell of fox poop without the need for a bath
dont know what thats all about.

dillon.
Im carer to jazmine, who does exactly the same thing.
She got fox mange, and the poor thin was utterly sick, gnawing her own flesh till it bled and unconsolable. additionally it cost me 130 at the vets ( :wall)
if jazmine does this, now I put her back on the lead and hope to the bath. no questions. ( supernanny style)
I also take a ball out with her at all time to distract her from the rolling behaviour adn it does seem to have worked.
I feel for you we are surrounded by foxes here and its a blasted nightmare!!!! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
