Hello,
Having been unlucky we now have 3 hard searches from mortgage applications on houses purchase that fell through. I also paid for the valuation on my credit card as I was told this would have no effect of my credit score.
We are now apply for a new mortgage 4.6 x income and getting worried it will effect our application. btw its 61% ltv

Can you save a bit more to bring the LTV below 60%? That may give you a better rate.
