Brooky says mouthwash is a waste of time...but i guess if you are some minger with skanky teeth, well it keeps the pong down. Other than that i guess if you brush regularly/correctly,well there shouldnt be any pong anyway.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

Actually if you have a manly mouth most mouthwashes will make it worse. Most contain alcohol which dries out the mouth and as saliva has important functions in controlling bacteria etc once the initial blast of mouthwash has gone the pong is worse.

Mouthwash will just skim over the top layer of plaque in manky mouths leaving the bottom layers of plaque and the gums and teeth underneath untouched. The only thing that gets rid of mank is the bristles of a brush applied in the right place ,regularly.
  • I always brush my tongue, too, when I brush my teeth. Not sure if this is common practice, but it seems to help to freshen my breath

Interdental brushes are now thought to be much more effective!

How are you suppose to use these? I couldn't get on with them, they didn't seem to fit in the gap between my teeth (i purchased a pack of mixed sizes so it wasn't the size). Floss seems so much easier it fits between the smallest gaps.

OP I occasionally brush my teeth with baking soda  I am sure the resident dentists will have something to say about this :o I never do it more than once a month and do notice a difference that they are whiter afterwards but as pointed out above this could just be my perception.
  • I think it's just a bit abrasive. Probably freshens the breath too, lol
