hi,this is a first time post and am I complete newbie to ppi etc


I have had several cards,i want to know where to download to form from to claim ppi and if possible to addresses I need to send to,here is a list of cards I have:-


lloydstsb loan
lloydstsb credit card
capital one credit card
debenham store card
bwfc credit card (think I was through bank of Scotland)

    Are you sure that you actually have PPI on all those accounts? If so, why do you think they were mis-sold?

    You don't "claim" PPI, you complain that it was missold if indeed you believe that it was.

    Firstly you need to find out, if you can't remember or are not sure, whether you actually had PPI with any of your lenders. Then you need to consider whether you have any genuine reason for complaint. Sending a standard letter to each saying "I wouldn't have signed up for PPI as my mum would have paid my card off", as has been known, just looks like an exercise in opportunism from someone who can't really remember and will likely be rejected unless there are other faults identified.
