I solved this mystery. He is a some sort of research bot sent from the future to destroy what's left of humanity. He posts identical threads on multiple forums and collects the responses and sends them back to the future.

He just relentlessly starts uncontroversial threads, no emotion, no interaction. You ask him a question, he blanks you. He cares not for what you think....
