Can you claim PPI for deceased?

Hi there,
I have claimed PPI for myself using MSE templates etc - which was successful.
But my Mum (RIP) has had loans in her name.
Just wondered if I can claim PPI on before of my Mum?

Many thanks in advance

If you have the authority to do so then yes. You're relying on them finding a flaw in their sales process rather than an actual recollection of events though because obviously, it#s not possible for her to do it herself.

You don't 'claim', you make a complaint and supply evidence to back this complaint.

Do you have any, probably not

Like taff says, you would have to find a flaw in their sales process,
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

As others have said, there is no such thing as "claiming" PPI. You are referring to making a complaint that the product was missold. It is theoretically possible for the executor of the estate to raise a complaint on behalf of a deceased person. However, a complaint of missale relates generally to advice/information given at the point of sale and it is generally difficult to do this if you were not there. What would your complaint reasons be?
