First utility password

I have been trying to get myself through a comparison of energy providers. Now to do that accurately I need a better understanding of my spend (not just my combined fuel DD). I am currently with first utility and have requested a new login password several times over a number of weeks. I never receive the reset link they promise me. Now, the cynical person would think this was deliberate to prevent me doing an accurate comparison. Has anyone else experienced this ? I am going to change provider anyway but this has convinced me to do it.

Check your email's spam folder in case the reset link has gone in there.0

If that fails, why not give them a ring?
Not sure if they will give you the password over the phone, but they should be able to look at your account and give you any consumption figures they have.
That way you can do an accurate comparison.
Please don't waste time doing the same thing, and expecting a different outcome.0 -
Are you definitely using the email address you registered with, and could you have entered it incorrectly at some point?
Have you ever had any emails from them? I get monthly emails asking for meter readings and telling me my bill is ready.
I ask, as at whatever point you come to the end of your fixed period, they send an email informing you of this. It includes your personal projection of how much a years fuel has cost you on that tariff, and also the amount of gas and electricity used to produce that figure.0
