Does anyone have experience on how long HSBC are taking to send payment? I called them and they received my acceptance on 09/09/15 and I know they say in their letter up to 28 days but I sent an acceptance to santander after I sent this one and have ready received the money. Just wonderingwhat other people's experience has been HSBC?

Hi I had a nightmare with HSBC (Worst bank to deal for PPI), it took six weeks from my acceptance, and I made phone calls and allways got fobbed off.0

Where any of your details different from when you originally took out ur loan/credit card? Ive got married but they seem to have accepted that ok. I'm hoping it won't take too long cause I want to pay some debt off with it.
The worst I've had to deal with so far are Canada square, they don't even give u a number to contact them on!!0 -
The only difference was my signature on the loan and the acceptance letter was different, according to HSBC, well it would be after 12 years. Worst other bank Mbna, they have their own rules!0

Yep I don't know how they could think it would be the same 12 years later!0
