Hi all I'm with think banking and they charge £14 a month to manage my account they are no increasing to 17 a month but they don't manage it as I only have £64 going in a week can I reclaim the charges

They are for managing my money but they don't do it0

Ok. You need to look at what managing your money actually means. What do they say they do for managing your money?
Then you need to complain saying that they have not done those things. managing money is too generic.
