Switch to eon through collective group on Mse and wrong address

I switched to eon last week through the collective switch on here. All going well. Got an 'activate your account' email from eon so I followed the instructions. When I logged onto my new eon account they have the wrong address for the switch. Instead of 10 they had 7. I double checked my Mse energy club account and they have the right address.
I called eon and they said all they can do is cancel the switch and to leave it 24 hours until trying again. Now I can't switch through the collective as it's still saying I have a switch in progress. Gahhhhhhh. All this just for the wrong house number.
Any ideas what I can do?

It's great you've seen this early, so thank you.
It sounds like we're doing the right thing by cancelling the switch, as we need to start again.
What we need is Dan from MSE to ensure it's cancelled at their end, this will then let you start the switch again and you won't get the error message about 'switch in progress'
I know he checks the collective switch threads.

Is there a way of checking this has been cancelled as I have had now had an email from npower telling me that I am switching. Have a feeling it's all going to go wrong!0

As you can switch quite quickly now, emails and letters etc may get crossed in the post.
The best thing to do is to send an email to the transfer team, by going to the website and clicking contact us, if you choose 'my transfer to and from E.ON it'll get picked up from there.
