Products and/or services forming the prize will be delivered in the UK only.
The prize excludes any arrangements or costs for civil, religious or other ceremonies themselves and these should by arranged and paid for directly by the Winner. The Winner (and where applicable, his or her partner) may be required to provide their signature as proof of their agreement to relevant waivers, releases and/or consents when taking up a prize. Failure to sign any relevant documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize without further liability to that entrant.
Richard Murgatroyd Photography Terms and Conditions – Your shoot must be booked within 6 months of the competition date and shoot taken within 12 months. Shoots taking place further than 50 miles from either London or Birmingham may incur additional petrol charge. Shoot consists of an e-shoot of one to two hours at a pre-agreed location and date convenient to both photographer and prize-winner. High resolution images will be uploaded onto a private password-protected gallery. Prints, books and wall-art are all available at additional cost.
Illustries Terms and Conditions – You are responsible for securing copyright from your wedding photographer for the purposes of creating an album. You must supply your images on disc or memory stick, which we will return on request. You will upload all information online, and no work will commence on your album until all details are completed. You will receive an electronic Proof of your album and up to two rounds of amends will be permitted – once signed off to proceed to print, we will not be liable for any errors. You will receive one printed copy of your album, with additional copies available at an additional cost.
Swizzels Terms and Conditions – The promoter is: Swizzels Matlow Limited (company no 00562269) whose registered office is at Carlton House, Albion Road, New Mills, High Peak, Derbyshire, SK22 3HA. Employees of Swizzels Matlow Limited or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. Our contribution is a quantity of sweets and sweet products for a wedding equivalent to the value of £600. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given. Dates of wedding and hen party must be provided to us with at least 3 weeks’ notice of the event. Prize winner must be available on a required date to receive delivery of the prize package in full. A signature will be required at delivery. Any other product requirements from https://www.lovehearts.com outside of prize offering are available at additional costs, subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. Shoot It Yourself Terms and Conditions - the wedding videography package includes the hire of one video camera, delivery and collection to anywhere in the UK, tripod, toplight and USB stick with edited files. The Winner has the option to upgrade to a higher value package however will be expected to pay the difference in price
